Our service provides tools to:

• Connect and manage multiple TikTok accounts
• Download videos from TikTok
• Upload videos to Instagram accounts
• Sync content between TikTok and Instagram
• Manage video metadata and captions
• Track upload and sync history

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3.1 Account Limits: The trial version is limited to:

• Maximum 3 connected TikTok accounts
• Maximum 6 Instagram profile configurations
• Shared access across all browsers and devices

3.2 Cross-Device Access: The trial version provides shared access without authentication. This means your data may be accessible from any device using the trial version.

3.3 No Warranty: The trial version is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of performance, availability, or data retention.

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when connecting accounts
• Maintain the security of your TikTok and Instagram account credentials
• Comply with TikTok's and Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Only upload content that you own or have rights to
• Not use the service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent service limitations or security measures
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Not use the service to spam, harass, or violate others' rights

5.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to the videos and content you upload through our service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, transfer, and temporarily store your content for the purpose of providing the service.

5.2 Our Service: All rights, title, and interest in and to the service, including all intellectual property rights, remain our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service.

5.3 Third-Party Content: TikTok and Instagram logos, trademarks, and service marks are the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to upload, transfer, or sync content that:

• Violates any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on privacy or publicity rights
• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these policies or to terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our terms.

7.1 TikTok API: Our service uses TikTok's official API. You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Agreement.

7.2 Instagram API: Video uploads to Instagram are subject to Instagram's Terms of Service and API policies.

7.3 Zando API: We use Zando API for video download and processing services. Video processing is subject to their service availability.

7.4 No Control: We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services. Service interruptions may occur due to third-party API limitations or changes.

9.1 "AS IS" Service: The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9.2 No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All videos will be successfully transferred
• Data will be permanently stored or backed up
• Third-party APIs will remain available
• Account connections will remain active indefinitely

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Business interruption
• Account suspension or termination
• Unauthorized access to your accounts
• Errors in video transfers or uploads

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.

12.1 By You: You may disconnect your TikTok accounts and stop using the service at any time.

12.2 By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may delete your data, but are not obligated to do so.

14.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

15.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.

15.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
